Cancellation insuranceWe advise you to take out our cancellation insurance to ensure a refund of your deposits in the event of cancellation. For 5% of the total amount of your planned stay you participate in our cancellation insurance, with a minimum sum of €5.00. For each pitch or mobile home, you must take out an insurance against cancellation. With cancellation insurance, you protect yourself against the loss of your deposits in the following certified scenarios:

In the event of death, sudden illness or accident of one of the holiday participants or a first-degree family member.In the event of loss or involuntary change of residence and/or employment of the principal personYour holiday stay is considered cancelled when your pitch or mobile home is available.If you cancel your holiday before your arrival, we will refund the following percentages:- Cancellation 2 months or more prior to arrival - 90% of your current deposits will be refunded

- Cancellation 1 month prior to arrival - 85% of your current deposit will be refunded- Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival - 80% of your current deposits will be refundedIf you cancel during your stay, 80% of the remaining stay will be refunded.
